RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email us at hello@brwn.club within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty item.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
  4. If approved, we will send you a prepaid returns label — return postage is on us.
  5. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted on damaged or faulty items only.
  • Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.

Please note: all BRWN Club pieces are made to order. We recommend using the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
